“Our stay here was very disappointing. The exterior of the property was undergoing construction and looked completely chaotic and run-down, and the lobby did not make a good first impression either. While the room initially looked clean at first glance, we quickly found old leftover food left inside the refrigerator from previous guests. The pillows were lumpy and worn out from over-washing, and there was a strange, funky smell in the room—possibly an attempt to cover something up with heavy air...

“The stairs and hallway carpets were not very well cleaned. We stayed six days, and cookie crumbs, bits of paper, sparkels from candy, and dried cereal were on the stairs and in two separate hallways the whole six days. Because they have maid service only once every three days, that meant in our six nights there the room was cleaned only once. Very early in the morning, during the afternoon. and late at night the hot water was fine. But when we tried to shower, during peak useage times, there...

“The room stank! We could not lock the room door for security! Screws on the door were either loose or completely gone. The security lock just turned around because the were parts missing. The manager looked at it and said maybe he would fix it tomorrow. Wires where hanging out of the ceiling for the smoke alarms. We used the luggage rack and garbage can to try and secure the door. Front door going into the motel didn't close. We had reservations for two nights but because of all the problems we...

“This place in NOT clean. There was a streak of blood the side of the roll of toilet paper, mold on the wall behind the toilet, and the room was grimy and smelled bad. I was so happy to just leave as soon as possible. It is very dirty. The staff is nice, but I know they can do nothing about how terrible the accommodations were. Never again! And I will likely never consider another Quality Inn.”
