"The staff were very friendly. The lounge area was very nice. The heat/AC unit in our room was incredibly noisy all night, especially when in cooling mode."

"As always, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated me when I asked for a later checkout time, and were able to answer my questions re: bus fare/times. It's really convenient to be able to catch the Airport Express bus on the other side of the street from the hotel and be taken (in a roundabout way) to the airport. My room was spacious and had a view of the harbour and of the NSCAD building, but there was hair from someone else's stay on the shower wall and I noticed on my last day that the bedsheets had stains on them. Also there were a lot of extension cords just laying on the floor around the room; perhaps necessary because it's an old building and there aren't enough outlets, but it looks bad."

"The hotel was full and there was no breakfast when we went down. Just tonnes of people standing around waiting for more food to come out. They were underprepared. We left and had breakfast elsewhere. "

Not even in the common area .Price was 147.00 . Would not return again . You don’t even get to speak to somebody . They emailed you a code for the main door and another for your room . 😢 Wish I had taken a photo"
