"The reason I booked this hotel was because of the pool picture on Expedia’s website, knowing I was going to hike all night/day prior to staying here I was looking forward to cooling off at a nice clean pool. I was disappointed that the pool was not in service as you can imagine . What made up for it was that the jacuzzi was in service with a community bathroom next to it . So besides that , I was content with the stay ."

"I Found A Tick In My Bath Tub And I Ask The Hotel And They Said They Accept Pets In The Hotel.. Breakfast Was Normal, Coffee, Begals And Waffles Are Normal.. Parking Was Decent... I Think They Shouldn't Accept Animals There..."

"The rooms are standard but clean and functional with a cool retro look. The property has fantastic amenities, like a game room pool jacuzzi. Fire pits coffee bar bar and an excellent kitchen. What makes this property extra special is the staff.In my 54 years I have never received service that was so above and beyond we will be staying here every time we are in Flagstaff"
