I did not get the room for which I had reserved. I did get a better room with more amenities, but the closer door was falling off its railing and the toilet bowl was not operational since water had been cut off the water tank. I had to fill the trash can with water and then dump it into the toiler. This was very inconvenient.

The management decided to paint our room while we were out at the beach. Our room door was left WIDE OPEN with no staff around. All of our belongings inside, including my purse and laptop. Why would you even paint while guests were staying in the room? Management didn’t seem to think that was a problem. They moved us to a different room, which had obviously been painted in the last few hours because the fumes were horrible. They also didn’t think that was an issue for a 3 year old to be in a fumed room. The 3rd room and 3rd time we moved all of our stuff, the toilet didn’t flush. I was SO over it at that point I was like screw it. We had to fill the tank up everytime we used the toilet. But hey at least this one was on the ground floor since the elevator also didn’t work. We tried to do laundry and the machine didn’t have any soap so we wasted money on that too. The breakfast is also a joke, it’s literally stale cereal and a waffle maker. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone ever.

We reserved 3 rooms for a family trip to the coast. We were a big group but the hotel was more than accommodating and very helpful. It’s about a 15 minute drive to shoreline, but the price was right and the rooms were superb. The pool area was nice and their dining room was very neat. We’ll definitely book again!

Bathrooms with corrosion in the bathtub, the shower curtains are not changed, they had hands with dirt stuck to them, they give you the rooms uncleaned and the staff tells you that if it is not clean, tell the housekeeper to clean it as if it were your work, Note: They don't have enough employees and another Note: The manager is the one who makes breakfast.

Will not recommend
we were given a room that the bed sofa was broke and the air condition was making a noise. After we told the front desk they had assign us to another room(handcap) down stairs. Therefore we had to remove all belongs in that first room on the second floor and take them to the first floor. The room had spots on the ceiling were water leaked through from the second floor. The breakfast did not have many selections(cold cereal,juice, yogurt and waffles).

It was just okay. The room needs some repairs. The shower curtain rod was not on tight so the shower curtain did not cover he water. The pillows were small. The breakfast had no variety. The waffle batter was rancid. Will probably not stay there again.

Fine but breakfast was frustrating
They need to figure something out about breakfast. The breakfast tacos were gone in half an hour and all that was available was one waffle iron. Preparing food for 4 people would take 12 minutes and the bottle neck line was frustrating. Get a second or third waffle iron and have bagels and/or muffins as an option. They also seemed annoyed that our group didn’t want to share wet towels. Asked for extra towels because we had 3 but there were 6 people in our group. Got it for me but seemed annoyed. Overall, the stay was fine and the place was clean enough but better customer service and a less frustrating breakfast would have gone a long way in making the experience more pleasurable.

I traveled 7 hours only to find that this hotel overbooked and didn’t have a room available for me. We were on the phone with Hotels.com for 2 hours and were not accommodating at all. To add insult to injury, they charged our card on file for a room we never saw!!

First when i walked to the room with my kids it smells mold from the AC unit, which we couldn't turn it off or put the fan on auto, then they offered a free breakfast but there were no breakfast or thats what the person in the morning said, only the guy at the check-in was responsible but the rest i couldn't get any help with nothing. The room was dirty. The bathroom was old and rusty. Halls were dirty. When we went for breakfast, there was absolutely nothing. Only fruit cups. We asked for clean towels when we got in one night. They guy in the front said he would take them in a fee minutes. They never came. Horrible hotel.

I didn’t like anything about the property. We had no coffee machine in our room. I had to ask for one and they didn’t believe there was it one. Continental breakfast was almost non existent. They told me to come early or it would be gone. We only went once because there was no coffee and all there was were egg tacos wrapped in foil, yogurt and juice. Also when I opened the door for the maintenance man who was knocking, he walked right in to take our dirty towels. We had only just gotten there at 1 am and hadn’t even used the towels yet. That was very uncomfortable and I told him no and to leave. Won’t stay there again.

My checkin took longer than normal with no one ahead of me. The room provided had beds that had not been made. Had to return back to lobby for new room. My new room had tub with rust, towel rack was broken and room had stale smell. Am so disappointed as the location is why I stay here. I must say it is NOT worth the $109 a night.

This place was really hot in all the entry ways , foyer , and dining area . We rented a suite , the couches were so filthy that we wouldn’t sit on them without a towel. They breakfast was a joke! They only served burritos , limit one , no fruit ,no dry cereal , no oatmeal , no waffles . I wish I could have just refunded the room and stayed in my car .
