나름대로 괜찮은 호텔이네요
출장업무차 일주일간 묵었는데 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 다만 대부분의 미국호텔이 그렇듯이 자동차가 없으면 택시나 버스를 이용해야 하는데 변두리에 위치한 호텔이라 다소 불편함이 있네요. 아침식사는 괜찮은 편이구요, 바로 옆에 간단한 페스트푸드는 몇개 있는데 제대로 된 식당은 거리가 좀 멀어서 차가 필요합니다. 공항은 가깝고 셔틀을 이용할 수 있어 좋습니다.

We had made the hotel reservation 3 months before the April 8th Solar eclipse in Rochester. We confirmed the reservation three days before by directly calling the hotel. They said the reservation was valid. When we reached the hotel at night on April 7th, they said that we will have to pay three times the reservation rate if we need the room. When we tried to reason with them, they refused us the hotel room and called the security to kick us out of the hotel. They were very rude at the front desk. That was a clear case of price gouging. They told on our face, they were charging all the other customers a much higher price also. You can see lot of similar complains in the reviews. We will never stay at a Motel 6 hotel in Rochester, or at any other locations. Very rude and terrible customer service.

This motel should be condemned! Totally unacceptable conditions: filthy broken furniture with cigarette burns, room door locks nonfunctional, dead cockroach on the wall. Stay away and sleep in your car! Also the motel does not honor your reservation. They did not honor the price on my reservation and doubled the amount saying that they raised prices the day before my reservation. Expedia refunded my extortion money. You have been warned!!!

I made a reservation in December for this hotel for the weekend of the eclipse. I confirmed my reservation by calling the hotel twice, including two days before I expected to check in. When I tried to check in, I was told that as of that day (4/6), the rooms were $200 a night. The total for my reservation was $262 so I would have to pay $600 if I wanted to keep my reservation. Luckily, Expedia was able to move us to another hotel. The rep that helped me tried to get this Motel 6 to honor the reservation, but they refused. This Motel 6 has now charged me $91.20, which I'm assuming is for either canceling or no-showing. They're awfully greedy for what is a pretty terrible property. If you're considering staying here, google this hotel first.

The neighborhood had broken glass on the sidewalks. Cracks in the ceiling. WiFi did not work anywhere but in the lobby. No hairdryers. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. We were upcharged over $100 when we checked in because of the eclipse.

It was “fine”. Nice service at the front desk, getting a ride to the airport was wonderful, and was fine for the one nights sleep. Would not recommend for a longer stay than that.

Dirty drug addicts in hallway with needle in their arm. Lady at front desk had no customer service skills. Headboard was on the bed with roaches everywhere, then they switched our room, but it was dirty as well. I left awaiting a refund now. I wouldn't let a homeless person live there. Building needs to be demolished.

The property had a severe roach infestation. I switched rooms 3 times hoping for a difference, but each room had same roach issue. I left and manager refunded my money, which i haven't received yet.

With in 2 minutes of walking into the room we found 2 roaches running around the room. Asked for a refund and the front desk refused. Had to go find and pay for a second hotel.

Hotel did not have a nonsmoking room, though we booked nonsmoking. We refused a smoking room. (The lobby itself smelled of stale smoke.) We pushed back, politely, but the hotel had no nonsmoking room for us. We found a room elsewhere.

Well it is under new management now & they now have coffee for the guests in the morning. The wi-fi is terrible, my room had cockroaches in it, the hallways had what looked like cereal on the floor, they did not supply enough towels for each room. I only booed here out if necessity but now that I have more money I will never book here again.

This place is in terrible shape. The floors are sticky. The carpets dirty. Room doors show vandalism. There are signs everywhere indicating the hotel is not responsible for stolen property. Kids are running around screaming. Guests have passed our room swearing loudly. Shelves in our room have been pulled off the wall and not repaired. There is glass protecting the ladies at the front desk. This is not a safe place to stay and its just plain dirty. 1 star is too high.

Our room had bugs . Room door was ready to fall off. The whole place is is dire need of repair and upkeep. Upon arrival another guest( who decided to leave) was warning people to not stay. The door lock actually fell off lheir room. A sign said under new management… they have a lot of work to do to get them up to even a 1star rating. Would not return or recommend.

Rooms were disqusting, Blood was on toilet and floor. They moved us to a different room but then they gave someone that room too. I will never stay there again and miss I could get refunded my rewards and money back

When we got to the property we were given our room keys and brought our stuff in with a cart to find out there was no elevator. We walked up the stairs to our room where we can see other doors are broken. When walking into our room there are no sheets on the bed to expose the extremely dirt mattress. The a/c cover is off and was put in the bath tub. The lamp was torn up and there was dirt and dust everywhere. Absolutely horrific. We came down stairs because we cannot stay in that room to find out that’s not an active room at the motel. They were able to switch us to a smokers room instead. Absolutely horrific.

This property was very bad the room you couldn’t get into the key didn’t work the tv and phone was not working. They gave us another room that was not the greatest it didn’t have the bedside table and didn’t have enough towels or any hand towels at all the ice machine was broken and didn’t work at all this was the worst stay we ever had.

Check in was crazy. Took more than 20 minutes. Then the remote was missing, then replaced w one that didn’t work. Then there were no towels available, the tub stopper was missing and the toilet paper holder was broken. Oh, and no elevator.
