Rooms are spacious and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Not much to do in Rocky, not much of a view from the room either.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had a Heritage room and it had a really lovely comfortable feeling. The bed was very comfy, huge bathroom! Fernando the owner was incredibly welcoming. If we go back to Rockhampton we will definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend

Excellent staff and restaurant. Owner Fernando was very helpful. Put us in a room way in the back with one small window looking at a brick wall

The hotel is in a beautiful building. It has well appointed rooms, with meals available. The staff were friendly. A quiet and relaxing hotel in the CBD.

Friendly guy who checked us in. Restaurant closed. Room ok although carpet had stains on. Window pane cracked and curtain holder broken off wall.

We were delighted with all aspects of the hotel and really enjoyed our overnight stay. We had a king bedroom that was really comfortable and the batroom was well sppointed and and a lovely size. We highly recommend this establishment.

The owner Fernando was a very nice chap and very polite and helpful. The rooms were spotless with a nice big shower. The food in the restaurant was superb. We would definitely stay again.

Honestly if you know things are broken in a hotel. It’s your duty to get them fixed. You can’t honestly expect customer to “put up” with broken things. Air conditioner prevented us getting adequate sleep during our stay it was just so noisy. Not doing a proper room clean during 5 nights was disgusting. Sure it’s Christmas but you need to do these things. You also need to figure out how to program room access cards so that you can issue 2 and have them both operational at the same time.
