"The room carpet needs better vacuuming, there were a lot of lady bugs up against the walls. There was no room clean up, which I don’t understand why that is industry standard nowadays to have to specifically request for room service. People pay more for less service. The gym was serviceable, but pretty dirty as well. There was still a $10 fee for breakfast. This place was okay, there are at least a good amount of restaurants in the same shopping complex as the hotel. They have free bottled water, warm cookies and coffee in the mornings."

"It was a $90 room... Check in easy enough, room selection good, fairly quiet after 10 pm, easy access to highway. Room was fairly clean, with larger refrigerator and miocrowave... the toilet rocked, shower wall was broken, water pressure mediocre and tv didnt function propperly, had to get uyp to unplug it when it wouldn't rturn off. The room did function for my short, quick business trip. "

"Everything was great , clean rooms, great staff. I do think on weekends breakfast should start at 6am like the rest of the week when there is a big event going on in the area. We had to be at the event by 7 both mornings so we got no breakfast. Other than that it was a great experience "

"It was adequate for a quick stay. Friendly staff, though it was slow to check in. The beds were clean, bathroom was clean, but it was a little worn around the edges. Breakfast was pretty good. The waffle station was good. There was yogurt, eggs, sausage, bread, muffins, cereal. The coffee was very weak and watered down though. "

"Bathroom tub leaked and there was the same trash in the hallway from the time I checked in the hotel until the time I checked out "

"Alisha and Jonnette gave me WONDERFUL customer service. When I walked into the establishment, I was greeted with the WARMEST welcome with a smile by Alisha! She was very courteous and friendly. I went up to my room and the TV did not work. I came back downstairs and Alisha and Jonette quickly rectified the situation! They were amazing and this made my experience here even better! "
