"After the cancellation deadline we received a message from the hotel saying there is construction so no elevator, pool, etc. It’s in extremely poor taste to not inform guests before the cancellation deadline so we could have cancelled and booked elsewhere. AVOID the non-suites, book the suites so at least you get a finished hotel and an elevator. There is active construction going on across the hallway, no elevator and all amenities are at other hotels."

"We will absolutely be staying at a cmon Inn again in the future. Only reason that the amenities didn’t receive 5 stars was due to the volume of broken ice machines, juice dispensers and lack of breakfast options/ variety. The breakfast was lacking (super small pancakes that are made via a machine that is incredibly slow- that line got long fast). Something other than sausage would be really lovely (ham or bacon) there were two sausage things and both were questionable. The pool was amazing, the number of hot tubs were awesome and all the tables and chairs (great for groups traveling together). Comfortable beds and the facilities were really clean. "

"Warm pool, nice hot tub. Both open early enough for a short swim before checkout. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Room was nothing special, but it was clean and we liked the layout. We liked 1st floor so we had hall access and outdoor (motel style) access as well. Very friendly staff, would love to stay again."
