“I was like the front desk was very helpful he spoken English their was a misunderstanding in the booking but it was all covered , one of the room kinda had a smell and they move us to another big room with no charge. We need extra dishes and some extra hotel essentials he proved extra…the hotel was need the mall and the groceries store so that was helpful. We had a great cool experience! I love the kitchen area concept so I usually travels and loon for a kitchen area. Thanks”

“위치대비 가격만 저렴한 편었는데, 다 이유가 있었던것 같아요. 4층까지 엘베도없이 캐리어들고 이동해야하고, 좁은공간에 이것저것 다 갖추려다보니 엄청좁아진 사회초년생들의 원룸같은 느낌입니다. 프론트가 없어 한국서 사전 온라인체크인을 하고, 입실전날 엑세스코드까지 받는데 하나라도 잘못되면 여행이 어그러지는데 좀 불안했어요. 온라인 사전예약시 잘 모르는걸 물어보려해도 호텔스닷컴 고객센터와 연결도 잘 안되고 호텔과 소통은 또 답변 시간이 많이 걸려서 여행직전까지 다소 불안했어요. 이걸 감안하면 위치는 여행하기 좋았습니다”

“It was terrible experience. I booked three nights. There was a swage smell in the bathroom and the smell is too strong and disgusting. So I asked to change the room but they told me there are not available room. I have to move out and I can’t stay. I asked to cancel the remaining two nights. The manager told me they will refund me for the remaining two nights. I recorded it. So I moved out the next day morning. After that, the manager informed me they would refund 25% of the first night only and...

“フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。　特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。　部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です　観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。”
