“The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

Man muss klar seine Wünsche äußern, sofern möglich wird das Personal darauf eingehen. Schön wäre es, wenn die Preise für einen Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegen im Vorfeld besser kommuniziert werden würden.”

Das Frühstück war auf dem ersten Blick sehr gut mit wirklich großer Auswahl an frischen Früchten, allerdings konnte man das Rührei nicht genießen (Fertigmischung!!)und die Brotauswahl war auch sehr eingeschränkt.
Typisch italienisch die große Kuchenauswahl.
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist es sehr Schade das man die Liegen am Strand für 40€ bis zu 65€ pro Tag mieten sollte!
Der Wellness Bereich im gegenüberliegenden Hotel ist sein Geld nicht...
