Nice place and nice staff.
Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms.
"Hotel is nice and have large rooms. The inside pool was very warm and jacuzzi always full with people. The location wasn’t the best but still had visible Dolomites."

"The hotel is amazing!!! Very clean and quiet. The hotel is new and the design is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helped us with everything the we needed. The breakfast was awesome. Highly recommended!"
