Boa estadia

Apesar de ter um aspeto dúbio, a zona envolvente não apresenta qualquer risco para as pessoas. Apercebemo-nos disso com o passar dos dias. Chegamos ao hotel e fomos recebidos pelo sr. Lee, responsável, de uma amabilidade enorme, que se mostrou prestável e até nos sugeriu uma rota de visita à cidade. O quarto onde ficamos tinha ar condicionado, casa de banho privativa e ainda tínhamos acesso a wifi grátis e com velocidade moderada. Os pequenos almoços servidos pelo sr Lee eram à base de pão, croissant, tostas, muitas compotas, café e leite. No aspeto geral, gostamos muito da estadia.

don't go solo

i was solo.when having breakfast i was shushed not to make any sound not to disturb other guests to the point i couldn't put my spoon on a dish or stir my coffee however, a group of3 or 4 were there they were very loud.he wasn't shushing them also that night i was kept awake by kids talking all night, i didn't have a good experience wouldn't recommend it.lastly he charged me a city tax cash only .only after he rushed me out of apartment out of earshot of other guests. them

Very convenient location& great customer service

We had a great stay at Cappellini. The owner was so helpful and was doing his best to make our stay a pleasant experience. The B&B is not in the nicest area but we felt safe, even walking at night. If we go back to Rome, we will definitely stay at Cappellini!

One night. Off train and going to airport next day. Ideal location as beside termini. Owner Pasquale very friendly and gave directions to good restaurant. Our opinion was divided on the b&b. I felt it was adequate and found breakfast, in the lobby, generous. My wife felt the room was not up to standard and would pay more to stay elsewhere again. No problem leaving luggage till ready to depart and P. gaves us details of all options to the airport.Mature couple.

This B n B was not as advertized . It was in bad areas and the room looked dirty and terrible. We had pre paid for the night but we chose to lose the money and look for a safer and cleaner place to spend the night

L'hote est au petits soins et vous conseillera parfaitement, les chambres sont propres et faites tous les jours, le frigo et le coffre sont très pratique. Le Petit dejeuner n'etait pas vraiment bon , le lit à ressort peut incommoder certains et la rue n'a pas l'air très sûre mais tout s'est bien passé.

A nice spot within easy reach from the main station, and pascalle was very hospitipal and welcoming, even a little gift! The room was good, spacious,with some added character, and great value for money. Maybe the neighbourhood can feel a bit intimidating and the beds a little too firm for me, but all in all it's a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Pascal nous a bien accueilli. C'est un gars très serviable.Il nous a envoyé un mail pour savoir l'heure de notre arrivée. Le mail est tombé dans les spams,il nous a comme attendu jusqu'à 15h. Nous avons passé une seule nuit car nous avions déjà réservé un appartement.Nous sommes satisfaits de ce B&B, pas cher, en plus toilettes et douche privées, grande chambre avec petit déjeuné...

Reasonable choice near Termini with a gracious ho

This is a budget choice near Termini station. The building is faded, the rooms of a uniquedecor, but the host, Lee, an involved and most gracious host. The units are part of a suite of rooms on one floor of an apartment building with a small sign on the door and an intercom for access. Once you find it, Lee will orient you to where the best restaurants are and how to best access the sites in the area.
