The images are misleading. The kitchen was completely makeshift. There was no counter space. There is no dishwasher and you have to hand-wash everything you use. Flush in the restrooms is super old just like everything else, and ready to fall apart.

Apartment close to Colosseum

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk from Colosseum. Has everything for a short stay, air conditioning throughout. It's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés around.

첫번째 인터넷이 안되서 굉장히 힘들었고 두번째 저녁에 좀 추웠는데 히터가 안되서 연락했더니 옷장에 담요 있다고하네요 침구이불도 형편 없었습니다 ㅠㅜ 콜로세움 은 걸어서 가까워서 좋았습니다 주변 에 마켓도있고 식당도 있어서 편했구

Can see the Colosseum from the window

Great apartment, staff was waiting for us, showed us how to use the keys and where the nearby market was. Each bedroom had its own AC unit. A tv with cable channels. Kitchen with dishes, a fridge. We gave the kids baths in the tub. We loved our time here and would recommend.

Very close to Colleseum, restaurants and mini mart

A very quite neighbor close to the Colleseum, restaurants and convinients stores. The apartment fit perfectly for the 7 of us. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The kitchen had everything you needed to cooked something. it came with everything plates, utensils, cups, microwave, refrigerator. Everything clean and quite. We had a good time in the apartment.

SWEET PAD with a local vibe!

Elena and massimilio were very hospitable! The apartment is safe, clean, and count be more conveniently located - with a view of the Colloseo right out of tyhe window, a metro stop a short 5-10 minute walk, and surrounded by restaurants, groceries, and cafes! My family had a blast. Bring all your own toiletries, beach towels. No laundry on site. The beds are pretty hard, too. But LOCATION makes this place well worth the money! Bedrooms are spacious. No kitchen (burner and sink are folded into a closet!!).. Full sized fridge. I would happily return.

Coliseum stay.

The communications were impeccable. The hotel was close to the Coliseum and lots of restaurants. I only wish we had more time to spend here.

Great for a weekend visit

The owners are lovely and very helpful, post booking and on arrival. Transport to and from the airport was booked by the owners and was faultless. The pictures of apartment are slightly deceiving as lounge is small. The kitchen is incorporated as a cupboard in the lounge. However, on saying that, it does work well if you are using the kitchen cupboard as a base for breakfast only and eating out. Would recommend as a weekend stay as location is fantastic, due to close proximity to Colosseum, Metro, Supermarket and Restaurants. A longer stay may present more problems as there is no washing machine or drying area. Note to UK visitors, the only place for UK adaptor plugs are 2 in the lounge. There is nowhere else in the apartment where you can use a UK adaptor. Apartment was very clean and had everything necessary for a weekend visit to Rome. Clean bedding and towels are provided. If you are purchasing an Omni/Roma pass, the office to pick it up is nearby, just past the Metro station.

Apartamento muy bueno

3 habitaciones (una con televisión), 2 baños (uno con ducha y el otro con banyera), la cocína y el salón estan fusionados, pero para estar unos días es aceptable. Està a 5 minutos del Metro Colosseo. Està en bastantes buenas condiciones y hay calefacción. Se oyen un poco los vecinos cuando pasan por la escalera.

2 minute walk from the Colosseum

I was very pleased with everything about the place,the location and the friendly, helpful staff.Check-in was very easy. Transportation was arranged for us and everything went well. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families.

Super Wohnung, super zentral!

Tolles, großes Appartement! Liegt super zentral und fußläufig zu allen "wichtigen" Sehenswürdigkeiten! Gute Restaurants und Cafes in direkter Nähe. Abends/Nachts fanden wir es nicht laut! Wir waren zu 5., 3 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sicher für 8 Erwachsene groß genug. Gekocht haben wir allerdings nie in der Wohnung - war ja Urlaub...

3일간 넘 편리했습니다. 숙소에서 나오면 바로 음식점들이 많고, 카르푸도 있어 식재료등을 사기에 너무 편리합니다. 또한 걸어서 콜로세움까지 갈수 있으며, 바로 앞에는 택시승강장도 있어 이동도 좋습니다.

When in Rome ...

This is an apartment that we rented for a few days in Rome. We were within walking distance of the Colosseum and some reasonably priced restaurants. Our host met us when we arrived and was very helpful and courteous. After our initial check in we were on our own for the next two days - if you are for independently experiencing the area this is for you. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it felt like we were experiencing a part of Roman life.

Great location

Good stay, very handy location . Our host arranged a shuttle for us from the airport which was great after a long flight. Our bedroom unfortunately had no fan and it aaa very hot but the other bedrooms did have fans. Over all spacious stay for our family.
