테르미니역과의 접근성이 좋은것 외에는 추천하고 싶은 생각은 없네요. 우선, 호텔이라고 하기에는 건물 한층을 숙박업소로 바꾼 개념이기때문에 그냥 B&B라고 하는게 나을듯합니다. 욕실도 너무 작아서 움직이기도 힘든 사이즈고, 침구도 너무 찝찝해서 그냥 타올 덮고 잤습니다.ㅠㅠ

우리는 2 층에 16 개의 객실이있는 가족 운영 호텔입니다. 호텔 사업을 수행하기 위해 시정부로부터 승인을 받았습니다. 모든 크기의 객실 및 욕실은이 문제에있어 법률로 정한 표준을 준수합니다.린넨은 절대적으로 작지는 않습니다. 누군가가 그렇게 주장하는 것은 오랜 세월에 걸쳐 처음입니다.

저렴하게 머물기에 괜찮은 숙소
저렴한 가격에 무난하게 지낼 수 있었다. 동네가 조용해서 지내기 괜찮다. 테르미니 역에서 밤에 걸어오기엔 인적이 드물어 다소 부담스러울 수 있으나 근처 지하철 역에서 걸어오기엔 괜찮다. 주변에 머물만한 적당한 까페나 휴게 시설이 부족해 숙박 이외에 다른 것은 하기가 곤란한 지역이다.

호텔 카티 추천합니다~
호텔 카티에 4박 묵었는데 객실이 정말 깔끔하고 넓어서 편하게 지냈습니다. 화장실, 욕실도 청결하고 좋아요. 엘리베이터 있어서 캐리어 옮기는 것도 수월했고, 직원분들이 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갔습니다. 테르미니 역에서 도보 10분거리인데 생각보다 가까웠고 1번 플랫폼 쪽이라 집시같은 사람들도 없고 반대편보다 안전했어요.

테르미니 역에서 가까운 위치
테르미니 역 근처라 역에서 이동하는 사람에게 좋은듯 합니다. 엄청 좁긴하지만 리프트가 있긴 하구요. 방 상태는 보수가 필요한듯 합니다. 테르미니 역 주변이긴 하지만 근처에 대사관 같은게 있어 치안은 괜찮은것 같습니다. Indipendenza 버스정류장과 가까운 거리(테르미니역에서 버스로 1정거장 또는 2정거장)라 짐이 무거우시고 로마패스나 교통권 있으시면 버스 타셔도 괜찮구요. 아침식사도 빵하나 커피한잔으로 간단한점 감안하시구요.

방인 넓고 깨끗, 가격대비 좋습니다.
테르미니역에서 그리멀지 않고 위험지역 반대쪽이라 안전했습니다. 지하철 역(테르미니 역 말고)B선이 바로 근처라 바티칸이나 콜로세움 가기에 편했습니다. 4인 가족이 자는 방은 비교적 방이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 수건도 충분히 주고.. 아침은 조식 쿠폰을 주는데 투어를 가느라 한번도 이용을 못했지만 맛은 좋다고 하네요. 4인 가족이 이용하기에 가격대비 매우 훌륭했습니다. 추천합니다.

안전한 위치, 가격대비 좋은 호텔
로마 테르미니에서 10분 안에 도착합니다. 근방에 코나드와 ATM도 있어요. 그리고 근처에 국가기관인 듯한 건물에 군인이 24시간 지키고 있어서 주변 치안도 굉장히 좋습니다. 조식은 호텔에서 나와서 바로 건너편에서 조금만 오른쪽으로 가면 나오는 카페인데, 나오는건 약간 귀찮지만 커피와 빵 맛이 정말 좋아요. 그리고 109번 방을 썼는데, 더블침대 하나와 싱글침대 하나, 욕실 2개로 구성되어 있어서 넓고 편하게 썼어요.금고는 없지만 냉장고와 TV는 있구요. 다만 온수가 호텔내 사람들이 한번에 쓰거나 하면 끊기는것 같더라구요. 그리고 샤워기가 벽에 달린 형태라 약간 불편했네요. 청소는 아주 깔끔하게 되지는 않지만 호텔 상태는 청결한 편입니다. 오래된 엘레베이터는 재미있었지만 한번은 누군가 문을 닫지 않아서 걸어야 했어요. 그리고 방음이 약한것 같네요. 하지만 위치나 가격 대비해서 좋은 호텔입니다. 단기간 머무르기 좋아요.

It is located in 5 minutes from termini station by feet. the room is clean and comfortable. free wifi is fast. Italian supermarket brand Conad is really near from this hotel. they discount 3 euros per day if you pay in cash

Buenos dias, lo sentimos mucho, generalmente el wi-fi funciona bien (tenemos tambien extender por eso) y se puede hacer un reinicio veloz del router. Puede ser que hubo un problema temporaneo del provider de la linea telefonica. Ahora no hay algun problema, por lo menos nadie nos hablò de esto. Saludos.

...men, der er dårlige adgangsforhold, da hotellet ligger på 5. sal. Elevatoren er meget lille og ikke helt pålidelig. Der mangler mulighed for at kunne lave en kop kaffe eller te på værelset. Det tilknyttet morgenmadssted ligger mange gader væk og er alt for fortravlet.

The room was simple yet very clean. There really wasn’t much of a front desk, nobody was typically present, only accessed via email or text. Since it was our first time in Rome, we mistakenly thought staff would be readily available to answer questions about the city and transportation, but that wasn’t the case.

A few days before the fligjt we had a message from the hotel stating that they couldn't provide breakfast , which we said ok as they stated that they'd refund us the money. Now the location is not far from Roma Termini railway The hotel is on the 5th floor but it does have a lift, we we're greeted by who we thought was the owner, who at first wanted the city tax though we agreed that as the refund was the same price it cancelled it out. Room was spacious and looked new... I really wanted to like this hotel.. day after we notice bite marks on our legs but we put it down to mosquitoes, day two it was worse and a chemist statdd it was bed bugs in all the beds. We went to the ower and gor shot down stated it wasn't and said we need to try a anti fly spray but we covered the bedsto stop them biting. The cleaner also took offence to us over it though she never did any xlwaning just making beds with the same sheets and changing towels. We were glad to leave that place. Travellers beware.

Good choice! Near the train station and every principal attraction of Rome are accessible by foot. The room is clean. There is a restaurant (Al 39) just beside the restaurant and it was the best restaurant we want during our travel!!

Budget hotel. Very small, basic room with en suite bathroom and small balcony which might be useful to smokers. Room contained a wardrobe with hangers, a desk and chair, refrigerator, TV, limited shelf space and a single bed. Bathroom was relatively modern. The door on the shower folded inwards and the small cubical size made opening and closing it a slightly difficult manoeuvre when stood in the shower! Everything worked and the room was serviced every day provided (as is reasonable) you vacate the room before 10.30am. Cleanliness was fine. On the negatives...it can be noisy. All the rooms face into the reception area so conversations and doors slamming are just metres away from your bed. However, noise did not persist until very late. Accessing the hotel might seem non-standard. It actually occupies the 5th floor of a building so after turning off the street into a communal yard and then turning again to stairs / lift, you need to get to the the 5th floor and then, if the reception door is closed, ring a bell. Thankfully, there are signs to follow. The lift is very dated with manually operated internal and external doors. It works but some might find it a little scary! On location, it's around 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the main train station and nearest Metro. It is about 30 minutes' walk from the Central area (Coliseum and Roman Forum). Provided you note that this is a one star hotel at a budget price (for Rome), you won't be disappointed.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a terminal de ônibus e dá para ir a pe aos pontos turísticos ( uma caminhada de 20 a 30 minutos) . O bairro é bem simples, mas tem opções mais baratas pra refeição. O hotel fica em um prédio antigo, tem elevador e a cuidadora do hotel é simpática e atenciosa. Os quartos sao limpos diariamente e silencioso. Tem cafe da manhã em um bar próximo ao hotel.
