유어룸 카로체, 로마 시내 숙박이라면
위치는 스페인 계단 바로 앞이라 좋은 편입니다. 전반적으로 비교적 청결하였습니다. 다만 창틀 부분 같은 곳이 좀 더러운 점은 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 인포메이션 데스크가 없어 온라인으로 서비스를 요청하다보니 즉각적으로 서비스를 받기는 어려웠지만, 그래도 열심히 하려는 느낌은 받았습니다. 슬리퍼 같은 경우 요청하였는데 담당자가 잊어 이틀 뒤에 받은 점도 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 로마시내 숙박이라면 전반적으로 괜찮은 곳인 것 같습니다.

스페인 광장 바로 앞, 샤넬/롱샴 사이 골목 바로 안 건물입니다. 테르미니역 근처는 좀 지저분한 느낌이 있어서 이쪽으로 했는데, 결과적으로 아주 좋았습니다. 접근성이 훌륭합니다. 주요 유적지(바티칸, 콜로세움, 판테온, 트레비분수 등)을 모두 도보로 갈 수 있고, 스파냐역에서 나오면 3분이면 도착합니다. 안전합니다. 스페인 광장이라서 경찰? 군인?이 계속 경비를 서고 있어요. 그래서 상대적으로 이상한 사람들이 없습니다. 시설이 좋습니다. 3층이지만, 작은 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 캐리어가 있어도 걱정없었네요. 묵었던 방도 아주 크고, 난방이 잘 되었습니다. 그리고 시설이 현대식이라서 안심하고 사용 가능했어요. 작은 간이 주방에 네스프레소 커피머신, 인덕션, 컵, 수저 등이 모두 구비되어 있습니다. 다음에 간다고 해도 이곳에 머물 것 같아요.

Excellent location only. There was no clear indication of the floor when we checked in, so we spent a lot of time looking for it. House cleaning: The trash cans were not emptied and water was not provided on the first day. Only one big towel is given on the third day.

Modern and just what you need
Great location to all the sites, exactly what you need to just sleep in. Door was hard to find, sign could be larger or a photo on the website could be given of the front door Heat rack was nice surprise, about to dry our clothes on it overnight. Saw a previous review saying their room let the outside noise in but the room I had actually was noise proof. Shared dining space if you wanted to get takeaway.

Location was excellent at base of Spanish Steps. Staff (remote) were exceptionally quick at answering questions and addressing an issue that arose. Quiet room. Just didn’t like the pillows.

Great location, friendly staff
The hotel is in a great location at the piazza de spagna and very close to the metro station. The cleaning staff was very attentive and accommodating and generous with requests for more towels or toiletries. The communication through WhatsApp was very prompt and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable and the ac worked great! However, occasionally the elevator didn’t work and there were a couple of times there was no hot water, but I think that was more an issue with the building than something the hotel could control. Also, please know it is near active streets and there is noise at all hours.if not for these few issues, I would have given them 5 stars all around. Otherwise the room itself was very comfortable, they have a friendly staff, and the location was great for easy access to the metro and walking distance to many landmarks.

Amazing spacious room with separate close off possibility of twin bed area. Very modern, with use of a common kitchen area, this place is in the midst of the Spanish Steps area and Via Condotti shopping street. You couldn’t get a better location! All sights are nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Stay here and you're within steps of the Spanish Steps and the main shopping district. Extremely walkable distance to all the attractions. There's a small elevator in the building so that you don't have to lug all your luggage up stairs. Room was clean and the host will message you all the codes you need to get into the doors.

The positives of this place are that it’s a great location and moderately updated inside. Bad is that the shower walls had fuzzy mold and looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while, bed sheets had stains, mattress had a stain, pillows didn’t have ANY protector casing (unsanitary), and room had no tissues. This place was expensive and you pay premium for location and nothing else. I would stay somewhere else next time. I also didn’t like that you use same code on street to enter and same at “hotel” entrance door as the one to get into your own room. For security reasons they should give 2 numbers… just in case someone sees the number you put input on street and can easily break into room. I liked the texting aspect but I feel all hotels have this these days. Could have enjoyed a warmer welcome though. Overall is was an ok stay.

Great little hotel with self check-in!
Located just a stone throw away from the Spanish steps, so very central. The hotel itself is self-check-in, which could be confusing for some. However every inside is fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!

Si regreso a Roma volvería a hospedarme aquí. Excelente ubicación a pocos pasos de la Plaza España, restaurantes, tiendas, metro y lugares históricos. Es una zona muy segura. La habitación muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado del cuarto funcionando muy bien. En el area común de la cocina puedes prepararte tu café a la hora que quieras. Las fotografías que presenta la página y la descripción del lugar es como realmente es.

Modern oasis in the city centre
What a perfect place to stay in Rome! Beautifully renovated, modern, absolutely the best location, attentive customer service - we could not be happier with our stay and will highly recommend staying here! Cherry on top, our driver on the way back to the airport was the best tour guide ever, giving detailed stories about Roman history while driving through the city.

Jeg havde værelse ud mod gaden og her var der larm fra gæster indtil restauranten nedenfor lukkede omkr. kl. 23. Ellers hørte man ingenting. Heller ikke selvom håndværkere gik i bygningen ved siden af. Havde følelsen af at bo sammen med de lokale - med hotel komfort. Der er kun 5 værelser, så man kommer også i snak med de andre hvis man mødes i fælleskøkkenet. Sidste dag var to håndklæder og håndsæben fjernet fra værelset og nyt var ikke lagt ind og der var ikke støvsuget/fejet. Helt klart et sted jeg kunne bo igen.
