There was a flood in the hotel. There were fans all over, part of the ceiling was removed. They didnโt have any rooms left that I reserved (2 double beds) so I got a roll away cot. The springs were digging in my back, the room smelled. I think I should have been notified of the conditions I was walking into.
They did not do anything that the representative from Expedia stated they would do.
He stated we would not have to pay additional The staff at the hotel stated we would.. then we had to relocate to another hotel because the hotel had a flood on the third floor
The location is super clean and the staff was AMAZING. The front desk had this super helpful and smiley staff, her name was Megan, she was so great to deal with all our questions. I had some business in Lockport, IL and the girlfriend stayed back with our pup. It was too hot too be bringing our 8 year old lab everywhere so Megan was able to let us late checkout. Our stay was super relaxed and easy.

I stayed 2 nights the room was clean, the clerk was thoughtful and I had no issues. I checked out and then ended up staying unexpectedly due to a flight cancellation. The second room was dirty- hair on the sheets, hair in the sink and shower. Trash on the bathroom shelf (under the sink) and the clerk was a grumpy old lady, she was cross with a guest (who was trying to exchange pool towels) and she was complaining to me about that guest after they left the room. She accommodated my needs but was not friendly.
In room 208 There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the towels and bed sheets. The tub appears dirty and the faucet drips constantly, the toilet doesnโt flush properly, The bathroom sink drains slow and the kitchen cabinet is stained. The woman who checked me in was
Everything was amazing with one exception. Our roomโs shower had a water saver shower head. It was not practical! Took forever to shampoo my hair. More water would have been appreciated. We only had a trickle.
The property is very dated and dark. The room had 1 working outlet, that was all. The hotel guests were loud all night and we could hear everything conversation in the next room. The toilet ran for a long time after flushing after we let the front desk know, it was not fixed however we only stayed one night so itโs possible it was fixed after we left.
Expedia booked me in a room they did not have, and the room was lesser. Emily took care of it. The floor was very sticky, and the toilet stopped up. They brought up a plunger, but did nothing. I had to plunge myself. Emily was amazing. Thank you so much for your help. I hope the next time I stay, it is better. Nice location.
They literally hab, no breakfast. The only thing they have is copy and blueberry muffins. They have nothing, no juice, no eggs, no sausage, they've got nothing. This is not how you treat a customer

Only this that sucked was check in was at 3pm and I went up to my room and my room was still being cleaned. I had to wait in the hallway by my room with all my stuff for 30 min for the cleaning service people finish cleaning the room.
