"We came to Murieta Hot spring for the birthday celebration. We stayed for few nights. Checking in experience wasn't pleasant at all. Instead of getting inside the room at 4pm, we waited another 3 hours. When we finally got our room, it was dirty. No one bothers to clean it. At the rnd of our stay, staff wasn't able to explain clearly what happened. We enjoyed pools,jacuzzis and territories of the Hot springs. "

"Don’t get me wrong. Everything was great love the size of the room. Everything was clean in the room and as well as outside. Wonderful breakfast items. The two issues I have is I had to wait over an hour. And I got there shortly after check-in time started. I was told no rooms were ready. So I waited in the lobby. Five people came in after me and they got rooms. What heard is because they paid at the hotel app and not through this app, what I’m understanding. That wasn’t main issue. I was in no rush. I needed to get away from my mess. I was willing to wait. But the other issue I had. The main one that I struggle all three days. Was Internet service on their TV as well as my computer and phone. It kept on freezing. Wouldn’t let me open nothing. Even one device at a time even their TV. Get on their TV to work news or advertisement buying shows."

"The room was outdated and in really bad condition. The lamp shades were broken, there were stains on the curtains, there was damage on the headbaord and furniture, the tile in bathroom was broken and the area almost felt unsafe to walk on. The vanity and sink area look like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. The clothes rack was super rusted. The bed was comfortable and the location was great and we appreciated the microwave and fridge which bith worked well. "

"We chose Everhome because it was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area, but had great reviews. So glad we did! It was very comfortable, clean, and simple. Staff was friendly. Not a lot of extras, which we were fine with!!"

"This,is,a,non smoking Casino. Clean and large comfortable rooms. Coffee maker, pods and creamer with 2 bottles of water in the room. Peaceful grounds with a small lake and ducks."
