“Great location, tons of places to eat close by. A grocery store a few minutes walk. 20 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. Five minute walk to the subway. Had everything we needed, laundry was helpful. Hard to find it first, off of a side alley. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great building, clean room. Living room only has a table and two chairs. They could has a sofa and a entire another furniture to sit and be more comfortable as that room is large. Key pad didn’t work, was hard to find emergency number as no one answered the main number and took about 45 minute and a few long distance calls to figure out key pad then to get a physical key as instructions are not very clear or they had wrong info sent on what to do to get the key vs using the key pad as it was...

“It had all the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay. It was spacious. The kitchen was useful. It was very spacious with a separate sitting and area, large shower/washing area with extra seperate room for the toilet.It was in a fairly quiet neighbourhood even though it's in Tokyo close to many central locations. There were a few minor issues. We had trouble with our door lock. The remote code didn't work and then when they gave us another code it wouldn't lock. It took them several days...
