โStaff were great. They tried to charge my card several times the day prior to check in even tho i selected pay at facility. We came to a understanding and he waited till we got there to check in . Room was spotless ! Cons. Beds were very firm so for myself it wasnt good but my husband loved it. They dont have anywhere to hang your clothes if you have a suit or anything. โThe team at Motel 6 was helpful,kind, available and responsive. The hotel is being renovated. They are adding new refrigerators and microwaves to the rooms. Laundry facilities on-site, parking is a breeze and they have the best pet policy of any hotels in the area. Additionally, as a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe. I would definitely stay there again.โ
โTim was very helpful and let us check in early. He also provided me with a lot of information that helped me. I was there for my sonโs graduation from the Navy. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and they provided breakfast. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the navy base for graduation. The price is very affordable too. I would definitely stay here again โ

โSonesta simply suites in Waukegan was absolutely wonderful! We were seriously tired and the bed was the most comfortable Iโve been in other than my own. Loved the kitchenette with full refrigerator microwave dishwasher dishes everything we needed. The room was pleasant and clean and I loved the bathtub For my aching back after that flight. Most of all I loved the people that work there Jaden and Medina bent over backwards to be helpful and pleasant. Seriously I absolutely loved being there!...
โParking in front was inconvenient during DMV hours. A lot of noise could be heard from people in hallways going in and out of rooms or just talking. Overall, room was clean, house keeping was phenomenal, and staff was welcoming, polite, and professional. โ
