Irreverent and aggressive front desk personal. Run

The reception manager's treatment was irreverent and aggressive. When I booked I called to ensure parking but upon arrival they told me that it is subject to availability and that they had already occupied it, leaving my car in front of the hotel. The hotel is ok and the room is nice but I am sure there’re better places to stay in Rosario.

Muy buen hotel en algunas cosas se quedó en el tiempo. Ej. Baños. Y El desayuno flojo. No había jugo exprimido ni frutas frescas. Solo ensalada de manzana y naranja. La atención muy buena. Muy atentos y cordiales.

Mala experiencia !!!

Llegamos desp de 14 hs de viaje, no habia cochera, nos dieron una habitacion sucia, con pañales usados en el cesto del baño, un olor nauseabundo en toda la habitacion. El ascensor sucio. Tardaron casi una hora en cambiarnos de habitación. El desayuno muy pobre, lejos de ser 4 estrellas. No vamos mas, muy mala experiencia.
