“For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

The only concern I had was not being told in advance that the lighting system was on a timer. That information would have been nice to know before the lights went out on me in the bathroom with no windows. ”

“Very outdated. Location appears understaffed. No one to greet you at checkout at the front desk. Updates taking place to the facility but appears to be low grade updates for a building that needs a complete overhaul.”

“Updated and clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels. The room was comfortable. Room amenities were perfect for myself and husband returning from a trip.”

“Breakfast is average one for quick grab and go type. Hotel is bit old and requires more maintenance and staffs are welcoming and helpful overall family friendly stay for a week in there. Easy commute to Walmart, Costco and Indian restaurants nearby”

“The hotel was a little rundown. I think I could’ve lived with that but when I got out of the shower and the blow dryer did not work at all, my husband went down to the desk to ask for a new one. The hotel clerk called the manager and they could not find one. I was simply left without a blow dryer and wet hair. We did end up borrowing one with the people we had checked in with. This was a lifesaver, but all this hassle caused me to be late to an event.”

“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

“We had no tv no wifi and the staff made no effort to help fix either situation ”

“When we arrived it was a young boy out in his car playing music really loud but it was still early so I let it be. Walking in the door to check in and the same young boy walked behind to go to the front desk. Come to find out he worked there so he checked me in I went to my room to put my luggage away and the rooms most definitely needs to be remodeled. I left to go get food come back the same young boy was outside standing by the door smoking weed. ”
