"Great location near to the arena and the convention centre with close access to the SkyWalk. The staff were amazing and easy to get along with and the room was clean, well kept, and had great views. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I always stay here, but the first room they assigned me smelled like cigarettes. Surprised and not at all impressed. The staff and management were great in accommodating me."

"The room was gross. There were stains all over the carpet, the transition strip at the bathroom was exposed, so I ended up getting stabbed in the foot. The TV in the room didn't work, and there was no remote for it. The fridge in the room froze everything I put in it. Also starting at 9PM, the bar inside blasts loud music, all the way until 1am. If you need a cheap place to stay, this does the trick, but if you had choices, I would never recommend this place."

"I was refused parking by the valet. Apparently my truck was too high for the valet to park it. I have never had issues with my truck getting parked by other valets in the past. This valet in the process of denying parking also didn’t assist my mother (who uses a walker) and I with our luggage. I did not appreciate the service this time around. "
