“We arrived for a two-night stay and were assigned to the second floor. We had a person in a wheelchair with us and were told that the hotel did not have an elevator. AND that there were no other rooms available. So, coming from out of state we parked ourselves in the lobby until the clerk suggested calling his manager. After about 15 minutes a room magically appeared. We had to have our keys rekeyed about 6 times because they were locking us out. The TV didn't work when we arrived but we...

Booked 2 king rooms together, but they put us in different sections of hotel. They are in the process of remodeling the hotel, so has some clutter around the building. There was a casino less than half a mile down the road with a couple restaurants and a bar, so that was a plus.”
