“I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use.
