먼저 트램역이랑 매우 가까워서 편하게 이용했습니다. 주변은 조용하고, 에라스무스 다리가 있어서 뷰가 좋았습니다. 직원도 매우친절하고, 자판기에서 판매하는 음료등은 암스테르담보다 약간 비쌌습니다. 아침 조식은 최고이며 무엇보다도 여러가지의 종류의 음식이 있습니다. (베이컨 진짜 맛있음-중요)

This hotel was across the river from the cruise port in Rotterdam. It was a short walk over the bridge to the port. The rooms are nice, super clean, and the restaurant was great. I highly recommend.

Thon really is a great property. If you can get the balcony room. So nice to sit out and look at the water. They place was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. As a matter of fact I’m ordering euro comforters like they have to take me back.

Bij het inchecken bleek onze kamer niet schoon. De receptionist loste dit direct op door ons een grotere kamer aan te bieden met balkon en uitzicht op de Erasmusbrug. We hebben een super verblijf gehad, echt een aanrader dit hotel. Top ligging en goede service.

Fijn hotel, ontzettend aardig personeel.zowel receptie, als horeca als huishoudelijke dienst. Omboeken naar kamer met zicht op de brug was geen enkel probleem. Hoewel er verbouwd werd, (vandaar 4sterren) hebben we daar geen enkele hinder van ondervonden .

I was not pleased with this hotel. The tv didn't work, the coffee maker was not working either, the phone didn't work and my room wasnt cleaned. The beds were made everyday and the garbage taken out but dirty cups left and not changed and sheets were not changed all week. I had to complain 3 times before anything was done and no one checked or followed up to make sure all was working correctly. I definitely will not be staying again....the hotel is a 3 star but didn't have any amenities as most hotels do. Very dissappointed!!!
