Good hotel but not satisfactory customer service

The owner of the hotel was not at all flexible with check-out timing. Even when the hotel was empty he was not ok for us to check-out few mins later.

Great Family Owned Hotel

This was a great hotel. It appears to be run by a single family. The rooms are spacious and modern. Everything was very clean. They also have a great breakfast offering for 6 euros. It's walkable to the main downtown Rottweil. Wifi was free. There was no air conditioning, but the rooms were still pretty much the right temperature, despite this trip being in July.

Comfortable, clean and comfy

The hotel is easy to reach and located at a bigger intersection. Parking was easy to find next to the entrance. The room seemed to be recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Also, the windows were very soundproof and I didn't hear much of the intersection. There was plenty of delicious food at the breakfast buffet. Would stay there again if I'm in the area.

Schönes Hotel ohne Gastronomie

Sehr gute Adresse in Rottweil

Das von uns gebuchte Appartment ist sehr geräumig und hell, die Fenster sind sehr gut gedämmt, so dass selbst der Berufsvekehr am Freitag morgen nicht gestört hat. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Hôtel très propre et facile d'accès

Chambre nickel, accueil ok, petit déjeuner très bien. Seuls bémol : - Nous n'avons pas eu de réfrigérateur dans la chambre comme indiqué dans la réservation. - Au moment de payer une jeune fille qui ne parle qu'anglais, refuse de prendre du liquide puis le reste en carte et pour finir la carte visa qui ne passe pas (alors que nous avons payé resto, activités etc.. sans problème sur l'ensemble de notre séjour).
