“No hot water, until we mentioned it. Room very small,very basic amenities. Room could do with refurbishment. Bathroom very basic.”

“Great hotel. Very clean, all staff were very friendly, service was excellent, breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very nicely done and very comfortable. We will 100% look at staying with this brand again.”

“Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off.”
