“Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our...

“A rather dated hotel on a small quiet beach to the south of St James. We liked the location and being so close to the beach. The included water sports (Not unlimited) and the use of the water taxi to sister hotels was a plus. We didn’t go to the pool and never saw anybody else using it as the beach is far more desirable. We didn’t like the lack of electrical sockets in our bedroom - we had to pull the fridge out just to charge a mobile phone. The food is pretty average but edible. We preferred...

“A Relaxing Stay Made Special by the Wonderful Staff We had a lovely stay at Le Roy Hotel and would definitely return! The location is fantastic, right on St. Lawrence Gap, with a beautiful beach view. We visited during a quieter time, which was perfect for us. With our usually busy lives, it was wonderful to slow down, enjoy relaxed mornings, walk out for coffee, and simply unwind. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant, making...

“Heather at the front desk was superb and did everything in her power to make our stay great. The housekeeping personal Rasheeda from our arrival thru Thursday (before her vacation) was phenomenal with daily upkeep. That said, I did tell a young man at the front desk about a heavy mold build-up in the shower bathroom walls, floor, and behind the bathroom sink. He told me someone from maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I would shower with beach sandals and be...

“The property was beautiful and well maintained, with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried and there are so many restaurants to choose from. Only 3 required a reservation. There are several pools to swim in and some even have a live dj throughout the day, so the vibe is amazing! There is also a beautiful sky top bar, pool and restaurant. We will definitely be back again!”

“Everyone from Ambassador John, Javon, Georgianna, TJ, Natalie, Jody, Robin, Paul, Carolann, Cale, and all the rest I couldn’t remember, this resort and it’s staff are the best of the best and made for an incredible stay. Ambassador John showed me around the beaches of the island and I got to meet his great friends, Cale took me to the airport at the end of the trip in his own vehicle when the taxi didn’t show up.
