From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room; it was spotless and welcoming, making it easy to settle in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were friendly and genuinely helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel’s pet policies and nearby parks for walks. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The combination of a clean, comfortable room and attentive service made for a stress-free experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets. "Very good breakfast with nice oatmeal bar. Nice room and comfortable bed. Great shower as well. My only complaint is a charge of 100$ for our 16 year old cat. That is exorbitant and should be adjusted. "

"Room was clean , bed was as well but the bathroom shower was moldy around the tub area and could check tje weather by looking out under the door....needs some up keep... and maybe some night security as there was a argument on the far end on the 1st floor every night we came back from the track...staff during the day was fine ."

"1. When we booked, I was transparent about having a 12lb Dog. Was told no extra fee. They snuck in an unauthorized charge on my AMEX card for $75 AFTER I checked out! I called 3 times and finally got manager Dan who insisted in the fee because we booked 3rd party and it was on their "direct site". I checked in with my small dog in tow and nothing was disclosed of a fee. 2. I was told there was secure parking for my truck and trailer I was towing with valuable car. When I checked in, I was told to park on the street beside the hotel. NOT what I was told when I called in to make sure they had secure parking. 3. Breakfast was a joke.... What you would find at the less expensive, budget conscious chains. Oh wait - no - those cheap hotel breakfast have fruit such as a banana, this place had nothing! 4. The HVAC in the room turned on and off every 3 minutes and had a horrible vibrating rattle. It kept me awake most of the night even with earplugs in. *Beware of this overrated hotel. Definitely not your normal Hampton Inn."

"The outside of the hotel is covered with stray cats. The inside of the room was covered with bugs and filth. The room was uninhabitable. "

"Breakfast menu was lukewarm, extremely over ripped bananas. No shower gel/body wash in container. Over price for pet staying $75 was extremely expensive."

"The hotel is worn out. Filthy. Smells bad. But at least it’s in a terrible location. The surrounding hotels had the charm of half way houses or men’s shelters. We immediately got a refund and went elsewhere. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Otherwise, run - don’t walk. My wife was convinced there was a prostitution ring operating there. "
