The property is just average. No refrigerator and no breakfast . Just overnight stay is ok , close to the mall. But cleanliness is maintained. Staff is accommodating.

The rooms are in the 3rd floor only with no elevators. It is not good for senior citizens like us. It should be mentioned in the room description so as not to mislead prospective customers. No resto nor lobby on the ground floor. Guests have to cross a major street to check in or eat, since the staff services are in the other building across a major road. Very inconvenient for guests

Rooms were cleaned everyday, services were very good, need to have elevators for your annex building coz it is not convenient for the senior citizen, the location is good and not crowded.

Do not stay at Urban Manor!!!!!

The annex is around 100 meters away from the main where the lobby is located. We were told they cannot provide the transportation service despite our heavy luggage and heavy downpour!! We were eventually guided to our room after 1 hour of waiting for the rain to stop! When we went to our room, the locks are not working!!!!!!!!!! I am a frequent traveller and this is definitely one of the worst services ever!!!!

i would never stay there again!

worst stay ever! keycard not working im about to take a bath then i realized there is no towel provided good thing i have my own towel since i went from a beach trip. dude towel is a basic thing if you stay in a hotel. no telephone in the room if you need something go down from 3rd floor to ground there is no elevator and ask the guard if you need anything no receptionist or whatever since its just extension of their main bldg 😣

They don't have any sense of humanity

I arrived there l told her l have reservation for..... name 0k. do u have recipient l have confirmation and recipient 0k wait. ..wait wait ...wai iiiiiii. I come from 3 flights 1. 9 hrs 2.7 hrs and then the shortest 0new 4 hrs delay Philippines airlines to go to Roxas City 0k. Why l'm I wait l pay u have the names she said lm waiting to someone to take where u stay.what. ??this is hotel.urban .main reception. ....Yes but ur reservation is with extention where .around 10 to 15 walk no recipient nothing around. jungle. I come back l told her ok that's not safe to stay there as u see infant. ......She said u rent from....nothing to do with. DO U HAVE ANOTHER ROOM HERE IN MAIN HOTEL. JUST BECAUSE OF INFANT NEED TO .yes but only 1 left ok. Wait but need to pay how much ....3 TIMES MORE ..l told her ok lm going and cancel my second reservation lm not coming back.( I didn't mention that before in this hotel l have 2 reservation. ) SHE SAID U NEED TO CONTACT WHERE U RENT ROOM. She know what she is doing do u think l can contact uk Expedia to tell them what happened and l have time for that. . expedia ...l left l did not stay there and l did not comeback for my second booking.

When we came in, there were some moving insects on the bed, webs here and there. Good thing, the front desk sent someone to change bedsheets rightaway.

Nice Place

It was a pleasant stay with Urban Manor Annex. However, I find the place a bit claustrophobic. Still, the price is okay for the accommodation. The hotel was convenient for me and my friend during such a short stay.

Roxas空港からタクシーで10分程の所に位置し、ホテル裏手にはRobinsonも有ります。 本館とANNEXという別館がありましたが別館のが安かったので別館にしました。 部屋にはセミダブルベッドが2台あり間に少し大きめのライティングテーブルと、壁掛けのフラットTV、小テーブルのみのシンプルな清潔感ある部屋でした。 シャワーもしっかりお湯が出ましたが水量がもの足りなかったです。 当サイトで予約していたせいかチェックイン、アウトも直ぐに済みました。 金額、立地、清潔感、広さなどを考えたら非常に割安に感じました。
