โThis was an excellent hotel with a very reasonable rate for our superior queen room and they let us have a late, 6pm, checkout for a moderate extra amount.

โHad a fairly good stay..it's within town area,so it was easy to travel ..there are plenty of parking lots in front of the hotel- under Majlis bandaran, however, there is no need to display the tickets as per the receptionist's advice.. The only inconvenience we had was having to climb up the stairs, which they have up to 3 levels.. it was overall very good and worth the price paid..โ
โI had booked the family room and it was so nice. Suitable for my family to stay there overnight. The picture provided aren't too different with reality so it was quite comfortable. Overall for the budget hotel, I would raised my thumb upโ
โBreakfast was included. The TV did not work. The room was large with a big window. This hotel feels like it was once grand but is now a bit rundown. The swimming pool was locked because they had to put chemicals in the water. It was walking distance from the train station.โ
โDid not expect this hotel to be so wonderful. The room is clean and smell fresh. Everything looks new and cosy.
They also have little notes in the room to encourage you like "You did not wake up to be mediocre" and nice pictures printed on cards. Main lobby is warmly decorated and corridor has soft lightings and paintings. You can tell they really put in good efforts to make the guests feel comfortable.
In addition, staff is friendly and super helpful.
For the price that I paid for this...
โMaybe can change the glass wall at the bathroom.. Seem like its upside down.. They can see clearly at the inside when someone use the bathroom.. Other else is very good ๐๐โ
