โCheck in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... I didn't but was nice to know they were there to help
Breakfast option was superb, nice coffee, lots of options, hot breakfast was excellent quality and size.. breakfast staff were really nice and interacted with us and others, which was nice

โLovely room, staff, restaurant. Really nice accommodation for three ladies sharing a family room. Pub tea and restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend and return . Visiting relatives from USA would love it here for an authentic England experience. โ

โWe didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

โWhat can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...
โWe were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked.
Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental. The main breakfast waitress was extremely efficient, whether it was quiet or busy. We were lucky enough to get the car...
โWas a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again.โ
