“The place was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated. That is certainly fine, but we had some other frustrations. The couch was clearly white at some point, but was dirty and grungy. We had difficulty with the air conditioner, as it was not marked and we confused for the heater. “We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming.
