"Loved the thermal swimming pools, proximity to the beach, and the excellent breakfast buffet with freshly cooked food, if desired. The room was a very generous size. "

Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in.
A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung wenn man keine grossen Ansprüche hat.
Der Parkplatz ist recht weit weg vom Hotel aber mit 1euro Tagespreis in Ordnung(Auffahrt an der Schranke nichts für tiefer gelegte Autos).
Es ist ziemlich hellhörig und als unten geraucht wurde zog der Geruch durch die Zimmertür.
Ich würde kein Zimmer mehr in Fahrstuhlnähe wollen.
Ansonsten ist das Design vom Hotel/Deko/Ausstattung recht interessant weil gemischt und ohne eindeutige Stilrichtung.

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic.

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland.
The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
