A poorly run hotel with disengaged staff. Rooms need renovations. Rooms designed poorly. Very small shower and toilet. Night staff was rude and not interested providing good service. I would avoid this hotel.

Very friendly staff. We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time so we inquired about luggage storage. The staff informed us that our room was ready. This was a huge help! We dropped our bags, grabbed a very helpful train station paper in the lobby, walked about 5 minutes to the train station ...

Aparthotel Adagio Zurich Center
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was very nice, well-equipped and quiet. The gym and free coffee were a bonus. The only negative was a sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Old plumbing and poor vent stack flow is the culprit.
