โThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. โ
โBeautiful and scenic property. We had a sunset view room and it was marvelous. Dinner was delicious, although service was lacking. Breakfast was incredible with so many options including an entire gluten free section! Highly recommend for a serene gorgeous getaway.โ
โBeautiful place, staff friendly and the food is excellent. They have a Oxigen tank and hot tea as needed for the high sickness . Room has an electrical heater and a good pressure of hot water. I am really enjoying this place.

โStaff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed.โ

โThis is a very pleasant hotel right next to the main square. Very helpful reception staff. They offered and arranged excellent tours to Sillustani and Lake Titikaka islands which were well organised and good value. โ
โThis hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front deskโshe was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed.
The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Plates and food items were often in short supplyโfor example, there were cornflakes available, but no bowls or cold milk.
