โConvenient location. Easy to drive to and park at the garage next door. Metro station is across the street. 30 min train ride to WTC station. Hotel room was spacious, updated, with a kitchenet and comfortable bed. Lobby area is warm. โ
โvery convenient stay before / after cruise. We just stayed several hours after our cruise before our plane left. Nice and clean for a room with kit privileges, However, it is in a neighborhood that has problems and has a giant machine to video- saying- "we're keeping ur neighborhood safe" NOT in a neighborhood you would want to take a walk about inโ

โI had a wonderful experience at Motel Casa Penn! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the living area with a cozy sofa and TV made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of storage, and the bathroom had all the essentials.

โThis is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. โ
โIt was a bad decision! The place is located in a poor neighborhood, and it is unsafe without parking. The bathroom is terrible. The mattress has expired for a long! heat/AC is a surprise.
Just don't go. Really! Pay more and go to a better place. This one is too expensive for what you get.โ
โThis propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.โ
