"Amazing stay at a quiet place, beautiful bungalows with a great view. Close to the nature, helpful staff and a pool and sauna to enjoy after days of hiking. Highly recommend! "
"This place is highly recommended, staffs are so friendly and welcoming, the place itself is awesome, on to top it off, the view is amazing, i just hope theres a lot of grab around the area, but all in all, our stay is amazing"
"Such a wonderful resort with amazing views of Sapa. A must stay if you are here. You will not regret it! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the infinity pool is awesome. The staff members Louis and Lilia were fantastic, kind, and helpful. I totally recommend this place."

"Aliana Hotel was a perfect place to say during our short visit to Sapa. Great view from our room, staff was wonderful, and it’s a short walk to downtown. "
"Great beautiful area love the security and the views
Staff didn’t watch the pool and let the kids run around crazy and splash people
Marketed the sky bar but it was closed the entire time
Prices were kind of crazy for everything drinks food "
"It was amazing stay with my mom. Even though we couldn’t try the swimming pool because of the weather, the infinity pool from the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. Staffs were so so kind. Would like to visit again with my siblings "
"fantastic property with excellent staff ,
Food and accommodations. Had a wonderful herbal bath in the nice spa.
Beautiful views as well.
Definitely worth coming !"
"Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town"

I enjoyed Sa Pa and got really into the shopping available there, when I'm not usually a big shopper! The mountains were amazing and rice paddies, I didn't like Fansipan too much to be honest but Sa Pa was a great town to resonate out of.

We really enjoyed the old town. It was different from the other cities of Vietnam we have visited. We loved the lit up buildings, friendly people and great trekking.

Very beautiful place! If you have transport sickness, I would recomend to go by train as the roads are very tortuous/bumpy. I took the bus to go to Sa Pa and I wasn't feeling well during the whole trip. I took the train to come back and it was better

Sapa is a typical backpacker town, with most visitors using it as a stop on their treks. Has some good character and a number of dining options.

Cultural tour was good and informative. Beware local tribal folks trying to sell you souvenirs or asking for money.

Trekking was very good. Sa Pa it's self so loud and busy. Felt like summer resort not mountain.
"The area is very convenient and quiet. Easy access to Sun world , walkable to night market , church , and restaurants as well.the staff as well are very friendly and helpful. "
"Hotel staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Hanna at reception for her great service and warm smiles when we checked in and just before we left.
We were lucky to have a room on the seventeenth floor so had great views. Room itself was spacious and comfortable with good quality fittings and appliances. Great shower and there was also a separate bath.
Breakfast options were many including beef or chicken noodle soup and egg station. It can be busy with Asian tour groups so I would recommend going either early or after 8.30 am.
Location is handy with a few good restaurants very close and only a five minute walk to the town centre where all the action is, along with loads of more food options and plenty of clothing shops."
"A truly first class fantastic experience at this property. Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurants to the service staff all throughout. Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!"
"The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!"
