8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It’s certainly rustic. Linens were clean, and facilities generally clean. Some moderate dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom was well used, but for the price, it was great. And the view!!!!! My god the view was absolutely STUNNING!! It’s quiet at night, and very quiet in the morning as well.

Beautiful setting, and very helpful staff. Food is passable; don’t expect much in that regard. If you book a trek, be clear about what you want out of the experience. We wanted to see the bamboo forest and waterfalls but ended up spending the day wandering through “authentic” villages.
