Great location near the bus station and tourist information centre. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a pleasant dinner in the dining room. The air conditioning system struggled in the hot summer temperatures - though the hallways were always cool, the rooms were not.

The hotel is new and situated in a good location. However, the management needs improvement. The smart check-in system is not efficient, causing customers to stand and wait in a narrow area. Additionally, the waitress in the restaurant did not show respect towards Asian customers. Lastly, the room cleaning service does not clean the rooms every day.

Unexpected Inconveniences During our Suite Stay

We booked a suite with the intention to enjoy the panoramic wellness area, but the lack of bathrobes made accessing the sauna uncomfortable. We understand from the staff that the hotel doesn’t have enough of them for all the suite guests. Without bathrobes, the only option was to cover ourselves with towels while walking to the sauna area, which is on another floor and does not have a changing room. This arrangement was particularly unsuitable for female guests, so we unfortunately couldn’t use the sauna facility. Other minor issues included an empty soap dispenser above the sink in the bathroom, malfunctioning room key cards, and minimal engagement from staff. For instance, when we arrived early, temporary luggage storage wasn’t offered until we asked, and no instructions about facilities like the sauna were provided during check-in (we had to check with the reception).

Ich war auf der Durchreise mit dem Motorrad im Hotel Saal. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung gebucht, das sehr großzügig und wohnlich war. Das Bett war 1A! Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, da sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten. Mein Motorrad konnte ich kostenlos in der Tiefgarage des Hotels geschützt parken.

Allt var super fint men lite varmt

Fantastiskt fint, frukosten var super bra med möjlighet till tillagade ägg och bacon rätter. Fint rum och välstädat, bra med garage som ingick. Allt väldigt fint. Lite hård däng men helt ok, det som dock var dåligt var värmen, fick inte ner temperaturen i rummet under natten.

Helt nyt hotel, så alt var lækkert og tip top. Super behagelig og imødekommende personale. Chekin var dog meget ineffektiv og langsom, selvom personalet virkelig gjorde deres bedste. Obs. på at parkering koster 25 euro pr. nat
