We are sorry that you had an unfavorable experience. Unfortunately this was oversold situation that was out of our control. This is a rate occurrence in which third party booking engines sell non existing inventory. Again we are sorry.

Hi Anonymous,. We are sincerely sorry for your experience. This is not the standard that we are arriving for. Please do understand that the weekend you stayed in the Sacramento area there over 90000 patrons attending tthe Aftershock concerts. This does bring in a crowd that likes to have a great time and can be loud at times. The office at our property is open 24/7, we also have security onsite. At anytime during your stay you could have brought your concerns to the front desk and we would have accommodated you in any way possible. With that said we were not gouging our customers for $300 dollars a night, perhaps if we did it might have been quieter.

Hi Anonymous, Unfortunately your booking was a for a smoking room. If we had mom smoking rooms available we would have happily moved you. We work for hard to ensure the safety and security of our guest albeit the area is one that is improving. As far as quality we will look into housekeeping. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations.
