"This hotels staff and management are the absolute worst individuals! I will never recommend to anyone to book at that property! I booked a room from Thursday to Sunday, my flight was delayed and I arrived 10am Friday I paid $600 for it and they cancelled my entire reservation without any regards.
Their website clearly states if you're going to be late call and let the staff know the day of, I called 14 times and they kept saying nope there's nothing we can do! I tried to add a friend to the reservation, so he can check me in on Thursday night and they refused to add his name to the reservation, we have 76 employees that book there once or twice a month while traveling for work, we have order each one of them to never go book there ever again! "
