Floor was dirty and dusty, blanket had some small stains, shower drain looked kind of clogged so it was slow to drain when showering. Would end up with water to my ankles after showering. Bed was SUPER LOUD. They have metal frames and any moving in our sleep would make the loudest creaks.

The elevator made a loud bang going up then the door wouldnt open up at first when we went down. That was scary. I also had to smash a cockroach in our room, which was so gross. We did enjoy the continental breakfast and the maid service was good.

Room was dirty sticky floor . Lots of hair in tub bathroom. Sheets were stained. Smell bad I only used room to sleep in didn’t want to be there at all but we had a family funeral to attend. The lady’s at breakfast room were super nice . Need to better on the clean

We were able to change rooms as I apparently had book a handicap accessible room in error. We were able to change rooms on the second day which was a lot quieter and more accommodating for myself and grown granddaughter. Very appreciative to Mark doing that for us!
