(The extra blankets that were given had some marks from old dirts even though we were told they had been washed)"

"There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom so we let the reception staff know and they were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave complimentary buffet breakfast for all 4 of us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating."
