"Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel right on the beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close walk to the beach and to the dock area with plenty of dining options and Casino. Indoor pool is a big plus for when weather isn’t ideal for outdoor pool and beach. My kids enjoyed the kids club child care for the adults to get a break. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Can’t wait to return and stay here again. "

"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. "The staff at the reception were so helpful and friendly. We felt very appreciated. The room was very nice and clean. The included breakfast was excellent. We also received and huge thank you for being a Expedia VIP customer and received a nice and tasty bubbly (picture included). We really recommend this very nice hotel to anyone that wants great hospitality and personal experience. The staff are absolutely fantastic. We will be coming back again for sure."
