Lovely Hotel

Great hotel not far from Frankfurt, really good spa, indoor pool. The restaurant was great with amazing foods and wines.

Bei der Ankunft wurde nachgefragt, ob im Spa alles nutzbar ist, da hieß es nur die 60 Grad Sauna wäre an. Ich bat auch die 90 Grad Sauna anzustellen. Mit freudiger Erwartung den kleinen Pool zu nutzen, stieß man auf einen handgeschrieben Zettel: Pool geschlossen. Dies hätte man auch gleich mitteilen können und nicht erst nach erneuter Nachfrage, mitzuteilen, dass die Pumpe kaputt ist. Bei der Abreise wurde nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Der Aufenthalt war okay, jedoch nicht mehr.

Das Hotel und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Auch das Zimmer und das Frühstück sind 5/5 Sterne wert. Das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns leider nicht überzeugt (schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis). Und beim Wellness-Bereich ist auch noch Luft nach oben. Hierfür leider nur 3/5 Sterne.
