Close to ski telecabine, convenient, clean and quiet, it is not close to town centre 25 minute walk or 5/7 minute by car. Car park in town centre not easy in hot hour.

Overall my 11 year old son and I had a good week in the SOWELL HOTELS Mont Blanc & Spa. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with well-prepared food and plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The main down-side is how worn and dated the room and all of the communal areas are. I'm not sure when it received it's 4* rating, but the property feels quite aged with bathroom furniture, doors and walls all very worn with visible damage.

The hotel was in a very good location near gondola station. Very clean and great variety on breakfast. The normal price per night is very high according to the facilifies and the quality of the food in the dinners. However for the offer price i had i am very satisfied. Many thanks to Celine from the reception, the only person of the staff which you can communicate in English and she was very willing to help us!

2 jours dans l'établissement 1er jour TV avec 1 seule chaîne fonctionnant correctement 2eme jours plus de chaîne a la TV Le repas a 30€ pour avoir des viandes brûlées et des plats en dessus de la température réglementaire (63degres minimum légal)pas top du tout Franchement déçu par un hôtel 4 étoiles qui propose des services digne des 2 étoiles et encore dans les 2 étoiles qui ont de la nourriture celle ci est chaude et les TV fonctionne

Accueil moyen, l’hôtesse ne nous indique pas comment se rendre à notre chambre avec deux ascenseurs qui communiquent différents. Nous sommes à peine au courant des horaires de piscine et petit déjeuner que nous devons demander. Le parking gratuit est très restreint plus de place. Donc parking payant à 15 €. Hôtel.com n’avait pas indiqué cette donnée… La chambre est vieillissante les murs sont sales. Bon petit déjeuner, Visiblement, vous pouvez emporter tout ce que vous désirez. Personne ne contrôle. Le personnel répond à peine ou dis salut. Hôtel à éviter, j’aurais dû me fier aux commentaires

Il faut aimer la marche nocturne !

J’aurais dû prévoir une lampe frontale et des chaussures de marche pour notre arrivée nocturne, car l’hôtel ne dispose pas de suffisamment de places de stationnement pour ses clients, et on vous envoie au parking de la patinoire, à 10 minutes de marche pour le retour à l’hôtel. Vous me direz, ça maintient en forme, et je devrais remercier l’hôtel pour ça ! Sinon, la chambre était correcte (séjour 1 nuit) et un bon petit déjeuner avant de reprendre la route.

Un séjours en montagne

Tres agréable, hotel bien situé au niveau du panorama. 10 minute à pied du centre-ville et du téléphérique pour monter sur les pistes, très pratique. Personnels à l ecoute et acceuillant en mesure de renseigner. Possibilité de faire son casse-croute au self pour la journée avant de partir aux skis. Chambre moderne avec une décoration avec un petit esprits montagnard. Un séjours sans stresse pour profiter pleinement de la montagne.

hotel agréable mais grosse déception

Hotel plutôt agréable, une grosse déception car nous n'avons pu tester ni la piscine qui n'était pas chauffée (contrairement à ce qui est annoncé), ni le spa qui était complet... La déco n'a rien d'extraordinaire, en revanche le buffet de petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié et point positif, il y a de quoi se préparer un repas à emporter sur les pistes (ou autre promenade).

Un hotel 4 *....Parking plein à l'arrivée.On nous dit d"aller nous garer à soit disant à 10 mn de là, sans nous proposer de garder nos sacs....chambres petites avec un aspect "rafistolées" évidentes sans grand confort . Reste de "l'hotel" dans le meme état....Je connais bien d'autres endroits qui mériteraient leurs étoiles..A éviter et pourtant je ne suis pas du genre à faire ce genre de commentaires..

Mon seul et dernier séjour dans ce hôtel..

Inadmissible de voir une chambre avec de la poussière et une tonne de cheveux dans le siphon ce qui a valu une inondation dans la salle de bain car l'eau chaude a mis une plombe à arriver. Je le présente à l'accueil pour signaler le problème avec une intervention soit disant dans 45 minutes (il était 18 heures). A 22 heures à notre retour toujours rien fait, le gars de la réception est venu nettoyer les cheveux en grinçant des dents. Une chose est sûre, nous ne reviendrons pas. La directrice de l'hôtel indique un sous effectif ce qui explique ce type d'incidents. Dans ce cas là on limite le nombre de chambres. Tout bénef pour l'hôtel qui fonctionne à 50% du personnel mais qui remplit quand même ses chambres. Inconcevable pour un hotel 4 étoiles.
