"Since we know the city, we chose the hotel for its location and that worked perfectly well since the central location allowed convenient access to the best that Montreal offers for a visitor who likes to experience the heart of the city and its attractions and services. The 2 bedroom unit was well equipped and stuffed with all necessary items for comfortable living. Staff were kind and helpful. It was impressive that we reported an air-conditioning problem and a technician attended to the issue and resolved it promptly. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and the Monroe Hotel is highly recommended."

"We were greeted by the kind staff at the front when we checked in. Lucky for us, they upgraded our room at no extra cost, much appreciated! We had a beautiful room with an amazing city view. Housekeeping was very kind and always took care of our room. The room and hotel itself was quite clean. The pool was maintained well. Very much appreciated the gentleman who was consistent in testing the pool water. The gym as well was quite nice for a hotel gym. The hotel is super close to the 2 main metro lines, which made it very convenient for us who were relying on public transit. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever go back to Montreal!"
