Clean and smelled great in the lobby and in our room.

The unit was beautiful and spacious with a well-supplied kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 bedrooms. However, parking was difficult, and the neighborhood was questionable and about a 25-30 minute drive to get to Old Montreal. Although the property itself was gorgeous, I would not stay there again due to the location. If you are comfortable with the metro, it is close and if you are ok with driving, this is the place for you.

The building is very well managed and kept clean at all times.

I did not have the best experience checking in and for that reason I would not have recommended this hotel. Check in is at 4pm which is quite late and they are a stickler with this. Had it not been for Ricardo on the concierge desk and other incredible staff, including the porters I would have given a very different review. The hotel overall is lovely and the location is awesome for sightseeing, dining and shopping. The train station is a quick 5 minute walk. It was just cumbersome navigating the construction and like many bustling cities, homelessness is rampant so you do need to be careful. In spite of the few hiccups I would recommend this hotel.

Our safe was broken and we reported it twice. Never fixed. Light in the bathroom over one of the sinks flash off and on, which we didn’t bother reporting since we were leaving the next morning. Some scratched surfaces. Restaurant servers were surmley. Was not offered bottles of water when we left, as used to be done previously. We’ve stayed at Le Crystal many times in the past, but this experience was sub par. Will not be back.
