For couples not children

Very nice place, clean, pretty, staff friendly, would recommend it for couples, but not as baby friendly as we thought:) the place is more “quiet” and match more couples than children. But very nice place and staff

Great value for money hotel...

Great hotel for families. Friendly owner and staff. Pets friendly. I heard the restaurant is good but we did not book early enough. Good breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the room is designed for utility. Shower and toilets are a bit tiny but you will live. Ask for extra pillows as they only provide a single pillow. The hotel is designed for you to hang out in the pool area and you will be served with drinks. Go for hikes and watersports for the day and come back to enjoy the bar and restaurant. If you have a large van like me, parking might be a challenge but the staff will help you get a spot. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Comfortable and friendly hotel in a quiet setting.

A warm welcome from the staff and a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was generous and tasty. We only had two concerns: 1) no door on the ensuite toilet/shower room, and 2) dinner was not available while we were staying. I would have liked to sample the chef's local cuisine.

Personnel très professionnel, il est rare de nos jours de trouver un personnel si compétent. La salle de restaurant et petit déj est refaite avec goût, la déco est très jolie. La piscine faite récemment est magnifique. Par contre la chambre est vieillissante, robinetterie d'un autre age. Les murs laissaient les bruits de la route et du couloir, passés... Vraiment pas top pour la chambre et surtout pas representative des photos du site (toujours concernant la chambre)

Hotel ancien 2*, choisi pour sa localisation. Chambre moyenne et sdb tres petite. Le tout donnant au dessus des cuisines. Literie en bon etat. Propreté moyenne (moquette!). Le menu de l'auberge est trop cher pour nous, pour une soirée etape.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Auberge Le Semnoz. L’accueil a été chaleureux et bienveillant de la part de tout le personnel, toujours souriant et disponible. Une mention toute particulière pour Léa, une personne exceptionnelle qui a su, avec bienveillance et efficacité, nous mettre à l’aise et trouver des solutions à chacune de nos demandes. Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit mais nous en gardons un magnifique souvenir. L’auberge est idéalement située, à seulement 24 minutes du lac d’Annecy, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement la région. Merci encore pour cette belle e expérience !

Badrummet på rummet var under all kritik. "dörren" gick knappt att stänga och var möglig. Hållaren för duschmunstycket var trasigt, och bara en krok för handdukar. Allmänt snuskigt badrum. Ingen sopkorg på rummet. Inget Wi-Fi på rummet. Sängarna var dock bra och städningen på rummet ok.

Première nuit lamentable, lit pas confortable, j’ai même essayé de dormir au sol, impossible ! rue hyper bruyante beaucoup de passage de voitures après en avoir parlé à l’hôtel on me dit qu’il y avait une fête un peu plus loin, à 6h du matin je me suis enfin endormie jusqu’à 9h30… j’ai pris cet hôtel qui est loin de la ville pr ne pas avoir ce genre de désagrément, raté. Le chef de l’établissement n’est jamais venu me voir… je pense lorsque l’on a l’hôtel pres d’une route aussi passante et bien est d’installer une Clim côté route, pour ne pas avoir à dormir la fenêtre ouverte. C dommage l’hôtel est propre et joli le coin aussi. Je n’ai pas manger au restaurant un seul menu à 35€ pas de choix. Le petit dej est très copieux.

Staff were outstanding. Nothing was any trouble and it was clear that guests happiness was their priority. Food was great . The only thing was the condition of the room which was very tired and needed updating. Bed was comfortable though. Apart from the room, great stay and would come back.
